Refund policy

We aren't happy until you're happy!  We want you to love your items from us but if you need us to return any item, the item must be in re-salable condition complete with tags and all accessories and packaging.  Alabama Express retains sole discretion as to the resale condition of the returned items.  You have 60 days to return items for a refund or exchange.  Return items to:
